I've found away that works for me. open steam in big picture mode - go to settings - base configurations - desktop configurations - browse configurations- templates - and then select game pad - minimise big picture mode (do not close) - run fiveM. Neither worked wireless (thorugh xbox usb adapter) or wired. Changed controller settings for the game to "Enable Steam Input" and they started worked immediately. Right click game name -> properties -> controller -> enable steam input. Hope this works for you and others. 2. NPBv4.
